I have been teaching children’s yoga for the past two years and first fell in love with the idea of children’s yoga when my 4yr old now 8yrs started practicing and meditating with me. When I had my third child and watched in awe how she moved into the yoga poses naturally and with ease as she develop and grow. I remember thinking that this was what we all had been able to do once, poses were easy when we were young, if only we kept practicing we would not have developed poor postures. And so the seed for this program was planted.
